Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Digital downloads or gift cards.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Message us on our contact page with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
