  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Estimated delivery time varies based on your location and selected shipping method:

Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship to all states within the United States.

  • Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses may take longer than standard delivery times.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your order.

  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

  • To file a claim, please contact us on our contact page within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).
